Financial assistance specific to our community of entertainment professionals are listed below:

211 LA
Emergency housing, hotel vouchers. Partnering with Airbnb.org, American Express, and Hilton to coordinate the distribution of emergency housing for people displaced by wildfires.

American Red Cross
Provides safe shelter, access to food, basic health services, and emotional support. In addition to assisting those currently in their shelters will also be provided financial assistance to Californians who lived within the fire locations.

American Guild Of Musical Artists
Grants are awarded on a case-by-case basis, based on need. Singers, dancers, staging staff, and faculty, staff, and instructors in opera, choral performance, and concert dance in the United States.

offers emergency aid through AGVA Sick & Relief Fund. Once need is verified, AGVA Fund will pay bills such as rent, utilities, telephone, etc. as well as give emergency grants.

Art Noir
providing relief, love, and care for artists, designers, curators, and cultural producers of color when they need it most.

ASCAP Fire Relief Fund
ASCAP will provide relief in the form of a one-time stipend in the amount of $1,500, payable to each eligible Writer Member applicant on a first-come, first-served basis, while funds are available. Stipends will be paid until the liquidation of the $1,000,000 emergency fund.

Authors League Fund
helps writers who find themselves in financial need because of medical emergencies, temporary loss of income, or other misfortune. Helps authors, graphic novelists, journalists, critics, essayists, poets, short story writers, dramatists, & librettists.

Behind The Scenes
Offers grants to seriously ill or injured entertainment technology professionals. (non-actors). Must be behind the scenes support. Funds may support basic living expenses or counseling or funeral costs for deceased. Available to U.S. and Canadian residents.

California Jazz Foundation
offers financial assistance to California jazz musicians seeking help. Please submit bills you are requesting help with.

Casting Society Cares
Casting Society members in situations that meet basic eligibility requirements may receive up to $2,000 USD within a 24-month period, based on documented need.

Center For Cultural Innovation
Quick Grant program awards California artists, creatives, cultural practitioners, cultural producers, and San Francisco nonprofit arts administrators to participate in development activities .

Gospel Music Trust Fund

Directors Guild Foundation Grants
provides no interestl loans to Guild members in good standing in need of emergency financial assistance.

provides emergency financial assistance to playwrights, composers, lyricists, & book writers at all stages of career in dire need of funds due to severe hardship or unexpected illness.

Fender
If you are a musician who has lost an instrument or gear in CA fires we invite you to submit details. Fender supplies more than guitars and they are ready to help.
Fender will respond & help requests to best of their abilities.

Foundation For Contemporary Arts
provides urgent funding for visual & performing artists with sudden opportunities or unexpected expenses for projects close to completion with committed exhibition or performance dates. US. $500-3,000.

Grand Ole Opry Trust Fund
provides financial assistance in time of extraordinary need, emergency or catastrophe to individuals who are or have been employed full time in a facet of the country music industry (i.e. performer, songwriter, radio, session musician, etc.).

Guitar Center Music Foundation
The Guitar Center Music Foundation and Guitar Center are supporting those affected by the fires in Los Angeles with a special one-time grant replacing instruments and gear destroyed by the fires.

HAIR STYLIST WILDFIRE GRANT
If you or any hairstylist you know was affected by the devastating Los Angeles fires please DM @mararoszak. They have teamed up with @t3micro to rebuild pro kits damaged or lost in the fire.


HUDA Beauty Grant for Makeup Artists
If you or someone you know had to leave behind your makeup kit due to an evacuation of the LA wildfires, email socialpr@hudabeauty.com.

IATSE Local 80
Emergency funds up to $3,000 as well as emergency shelter. Local 80 has opened their stage at 2520 West Olive Ave., Burbank, CA 91505 as a relief shelter. Call (818)526-0700 for information.

Indie Space
supports independent theater-making in New York City. We provide funding, real estate programs, professional development, and advocacy to individual artists, theater companies, and indie venues.

Inevitable Foundation
created after 2023 WGA Strike to ensure disabled creatives aren’t forced to leave industry due to financial necessity during crises.

Labor Community Services
Rental, mortgage or utility relief. Labor Community Services provides a safety net for unemployed or underemployed workers and families.

Max's Project for Artists - NYC
Grants between $50-$1000 to self-employed artists with steady work history, who are experiencing a temporary financial set back.

National Association of Voice Actors
NAVA has set up a California Wildfire Relief Fund where those affected can apply for relief. Request what is needed.

Pen America
offers grants for writers in the USA facing acute financial need following an emergency situation. Assists fiction & nonfiction authors, poets, playwrights, translators, & journalists.

Rauschenberg Dancers Grant
provides grants up to $3,000 to professional dancers facing dire financial emergencies, due to the loss or lack of recent/current live performance work, because of circumstances outside of their control.

Rauschenberg Emergency Medical Relief Grant
